Wuxi Xishan Precision Medicine Industrial Park

Wuxi Xishan Precision Medicine Industrial Park is a bio-pharmaceutical professional park located in the core area of the city with convenient and comfortable living facilities. The park is planned to cover a total area of 420 mu, and the carrier of the first phase start-up area of 30,000 square meters has been basically completed, which is scheduled to be completed and delivered by the end of 2022. At present, the reservation rate of enterprises has exceeded 70%. The second phase will cover 150 mu of land with a building area of about 340,000 square meters. Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of this year.

The industrial park focuses on the development of three aspects: First, precision diagnosis and health services, focusing on the development of precision diagnosis services represented by tumor early screening and accompanying diagnosis, supplemented by active health management and medical consultation integrated with the modern service industry. Second, in the field of precision therapy, it focuses on the development of new-generation immunotherapy drugs represented by cell therapy, gene drugs and ADC drugs, supplemented by service outsourcing (CRO/CDMO) platforms for drug research and development and production, and new drug screening research and development based on artificial intelligence. Third, in the field of high-end medical devices, focus on the development of high value consumables represented by implant devices, ophthalmology and stomatology consumables, in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVDs), medical device production service outsourcing platform, supplemented by interventional devices and medical equipment.

In the next five years, the industrial park will gather 200 high-quality innovative enterprises whose technology products reach the domestic advanced level in the subdivision fields of diagnosis and treatment services, innovative drugs and high-end medical devices, initially form an influential precision medicine industrial cluster in the Yangtze River Delta region, establish a relatively complete industrial ecosystem, introduce 5 listed enterprises, and the industrial scale will exceed 20 billion yuan.
